I send a written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. No surprises. If something needs adjusting, we adjust it before work begins... not after.
Once a proposal is agreed upon and signed, you fill out a detailed intake form covering your brand, audience, tone, competitors, and goals. If you don't have existing copy, I write it. If you do, I refine it. Either way, this is where your voice gets captured. Any media or photos you want used will be uploaded here.
I build in Webflow with copy integrated from the start. You get a staging link to review as it comes together. I build mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized, and CMS-ready by default.
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. You give feedback, I implement. We can go back and forth until it's right.
I publish the site, walk you through how to use the Webflow editor, and hand over everything you need to maintain it yourself. A 30-day support window is included for small fixes and questions.
